Default I have know clue how to overclock my CPU

This is embarrassing, I looked at a couple of the Guides and became totally lost on how to overclock my cpu.
I look in my Bios and am pretty much lost because it looks so different then the guides Bios.
Need less to say I have know idea where to start

Could you post a couple of shots of teh bios, where memory timings and cpu speed, voltages?

Basically, increase cpu/nb volts, and then increase cpu FSB speed, boot into your OS, and test away...

True, keep a close eye on that mem speed since you have DDR2-6400 to run with that E8400. Drop that ram multi to 2.00, and have fun!

Don't be shy to raise the NB volts at +0.3V - make sure you have plenty of airflow, the board can handle that no problem.

VCore max. 1.40V.

Major Vdroop on that board though.

I tend to work one first then the other, overclock the cpu then work on the ram. Then see what is stable out of those numbers.

CPU host Clock Control, set to enabled, Will allow you to adjsut the value jsut below...which is FSB. Voltages are just below, on the bottom half of teh page.

pic can be taken with a digi-cam/webcam, cellphone...
