Arena Commander 0.8 is delayed indefinitely. "Coming out very soon" is what they're saying on their main page.

Delay is measured in days not weeks according to CIG. I full expect to be playing by the end of next week, they've already fixed at least one of the Blockers.

I am disappointed but I respect the decision and doing the daily bug reports is the right thing. With so many eyes on this project, even the alpha has to be at the level of a Battlefield release.

Hopefully better than a Battlefield "release"(erm alpha)....

I don't mind them delaying it. No one wants to be constantly crashing or have game breaking bugs. For an Alpha I don't mind some bugs though.

They have squashed all the known bugs and are now redoing QA over the weekend. Big Go/No Go meeting on Monday morning so with some LUCK we have a chance of seeing it early next week. And yes there is a chance of Monday, requires no real big bugs being found over the weekend.

I have to say the commitment of these guys is astounding.

I'm hoping for a release sometime this week but have not tried to get my hopes up for anything after so many delays, the wait should be worth it though.

I've had a worse wait for my gentle typhoons lol.
