Default Steam question - buy as gift

I don't have a steam account and don't game much but I wanted to buy games as gifts ... Tomb Raider promo on now for 13.99 and give the games away to different people.

Do I just buy the collection, not dl them and then "give" them game by game?
There are 11 games, I assume I can give them one by one and not need to give the whole collection ...

if it's a collection, it's all bundle into 1 gift. So you can only gift the whole bundle.

That sucks ...
Found this on steam.
Can I gift game packs?
Yes, you can gift game packs the same way you would gift an individual game. Four packs of games cannot be gifted.

You can't gift pack the whole game pack, but you can gift the four pack one game at a time

What steam meant is, you can just trade it like normal gift, aka individual gift. Like I said if it's a collection, it count as just 1 gift, gift as a whole, redeem as a whole.

When you buy a 4 pack game, 1 copy will be redeem to your account, and you have 3 extra copies in your inventory.

You'll still need to register on steam but you can use the website to manage gifts without downloading and installing the client.

I know if I dl a game I can dl it again and play it on another computer.
If I buy a game and play on a PC can I also dl it and play on MAC or Linux assuming the game supports it without paying again?

Correct. You just log in with your account and any of your games is available on any platform, providing it's supported.
