I'll try to take some screens of NFS Rivals, it's good when it decides to not have graphical glitches. NFSRivals 1080p medium setting - Imgur Some of the onscreen messages dissapear as you drive so it's not too intrusive, but sure enough it had the texture issues: cant really tell but the fields on the hills were blocky. A reload of the game usually fixes it but still a known issue, pretty lame by todays standards.

Anyone try the newest Thief game? It's like they took Dishonored and modded it and removed all the magical skills (if you don't use Focus). Really immersive if you wear headphones, but half way through it's feeling repetitive until I got to the Asylum level, then it was just a repeat of Outlast. Good single player game on sale though, no doubt.

Just getting to the last hour or so of a civ V game that rolled full map + max civs. I'm sure I've got 30+ hours into so far. (Gotta love games that give that kind of replay value :) ).

Took a bunch more screens in Rivals, all at medium settings with some post effects off since they clutter the screen so much. And sure enough restarting the game fixed the visual glitches this time. It's locked to 30fps because of that in-game map screen that shows where everyone is in realtime, so you can spawn your car on the map nearest anyone else in the game. The game is fun with friends, even more when you're all on teamspeak. Now to get some friends...

I'm liking Grid Autosport. Not sure how their graphics compared to NFS, but it's pretty awesome to me.

Also lots of indie/old games from GoG/Steam sale :) Anyone ever played Little Big Adventures?

Finally got around to playing the original Shogun: Total War. Runs pretty well on HD 3000 graphics .
