Default Rome 2, another game with no sli or crossfire support

Seems Rome 2 does not support sli or crossfire.

First COH2 and now Rome 2....the only connection I see is Sega connected to these games.

How can they possibly think not having duel card support is a good thing? I can only wonder if they have to pay some kind of licensing agreement to be able to add the support (?).

Neither game was very forth coming with the fact that these games do not support sli or crossfire. I had actually asked on FB "does Rome Total War 2 supported SLI ?" and received no answer (I should have taken that for the answer).

Whats going on with PC games now? Someone in the industry or @ HWC needs to maybe start asking around to get us SLI and Crossfire users some answers --- pls.

You will very probably never get SLI support for this game... Now it's all about money,it's not worth it to code SLI or Crossfire support, and 99% of the guys who buy game are running single GPU so they don't care.

For bigger titles they make the effort.

Got word from NVIDIA. They are working on SLI profiles. Waiting to hear from AMD.

They're still analyzing whether or not the developer is even allowing dual GPU setups in their title....

Nvidia does a good job releasing beta drivers for SLI profiles^^ The problem is usually from the devs themselves :/

This pretty much explains everything. Idk this till now =/

They made Rome 2 to be a port. I see it now.

SEGA considering porting Total War & strategy line-up to PS4 & Xbox One - SEGA considering porting Total War & strategy line-up to PS4 & Xbox One - Total War: Rome 2 for PC News

Perhaps I shouldn't be feeling this way.....but kinda feeling ripped off (tbh). With no SLI or Crossfire and the game just feels a little dumbed down...console port pretty much explains it all.
