5 - Civ IV
4 - Mario Kart 64
3 - Mass Effect Series
2 - Zelda - A Link To The Past
1 - Chrono Trigger (SNES)

I really wanted to add 'Ascendancy' on this list as well... but wasn't sure what to bump for it. If you haven't played it, check it out. It's a great mix of Civ and Sim City plus more, but set in space.

1. Ultima 7 Part 2: The Serpent Isle.
2. Wing Commander 2
3. Mater of Orion 2
4. TES in general. Between Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim I'd probably have north of 1000 hours in to them total.
6. Borderlands 2.

The first Mechwarrior kind of sucked IMO. MW2 was so much better.

Hey now, for 1989 Mechwarrior it was pretty good. Dynamix Earthsiege series was also kinda fun, even if the story was pretty much the story from Terminator. And hey, it did spawn the Tribes games.

Somehow I think 5 is too low a list. I might add more if I were looking at my steam Library right now.

6. Rage
5. Any Far Cry game
4. Any Crysis game.
3. Any Splinter Cell.
2. Dead Island (and probably Riptide too)
1. Borderlands 2.

Was it great big abyss who said he plays BF3 everyday? I really 'want' to like it, I love how it looks and sounds, it's just the "spawn-run 10 feet-die-repeat" that causes me to ragequit, I can't remember when I played more than 2 complete rounds in a single sitting. How did you get past that point of frustration and really just enjoy it for the teamwork?

Forgot a couple of classics...

The Lost Vikings - Great game and funny as well.
Impossible Mission - Hard game and creepy as hell. Stay a while, stay forever!

And if I can go with a few coin operated games....

Robotron - I will own this one of these days.
Sinistar - Always scared the crap out of me! (Sinistar - Videogame by Williams Electronics, Inc. (1967-1985))
Outrun - Great relaxing driving game.
