Default Looking for an AMD rep
I never received some game codes for the AMD promo before Christmas. I have wrote the company that sends out the promo codes, AMD themselves, NCIX and have heard nothing(AMD) or they have washed their hands of it. Is there an AMD rep here that I can pm? I have the initial game code and did receive one of the games.

Same kind of thing happened to me. I went into NCIX and told them that I never received my game code and the guy said that it usually takes a couple of week, despite the fact that game has already been released. He said that I would see it in my email soon. When I got home, I realized that
I never even gave them my email... I emailed ncix with my invoice number and they didn't reply until I send a second email saying "hello?" And they said something along the lines of "our records show that we emailed you the game code on _____________ , but give you the code again anyway" implying that I was in the wrong...

We have an AMD rep here but he is solely focused upon the technical side.

Damn does anyone have any idea how I should go about this? I did get the download for FarCry 3 but never got hitman or sleeping dogs. Not that it was a selling point for the card originally but I want my free games DAAMIT!

Check your SPAM folder and hope it wasn't deleted.

CALL NCIX (emails can be too easily ignored).

CALL AMD at 877-284-1566
