Assassins creed 3 gaming voucher

Hello guys,

I got this game voucher with the gtx 670 card and I have filld in the key and then I received a promotion code

now the thing is that they tell me to go to this site Ubisoft Online winkel - Welkom

but I dont see anywhere to fill in this code to get my game?

my friend doesnt have a clue either

I hope maybe one of you guys have done this already and can help me with this problem

I believe you have to add the game to your cart and then use the voucher.

I have one to for a samsung purchase from Amazon.com. Everytime I go to claim it I get redirected to the Canadian Ubisoft site and the code does not work. Not sure what to do, seems hard to contact Ubisoft via email. I tried to go in to Ubisoft USA site via a proxy server but could not enter the code, the code box would not open.
You have to go to site order the item to your cart and at checkout it says redeem code or something like that. Then your total is zero. Not sure what I am going to do. Have a game but cannot claim it.

It is quite ahrd to get response from Ubisoft by mail. I'd try their support department or the on-line forums. The latter seem to have a number of Ubi conencted folks.

Guys, you have to add it to your cart. You WILL have to put in your Credit Card number but the total will be $0.

Are you sure? I think I have tried that as well but still says invalid code. I will try again and thanks for the tip. I did follow the instructions as set out in the email sent to me with the promo. Nothing seems to work. I even tried to have a friend enter the site via the USA and same effect ivalid code. In fact if you google it there seems to be an uproar all over the net about this and ubisoft.

This is what I was told to do, in this order. Says nothing about entering my credit card. I don't feel I should have to do that as the enter promo code is before checkout.
