You're far too slow man. Code got disabled because we exploited it and got over 9000 free games.

No, I think it's safe to say it's mostly EA's fault for being dumb and using 1 code instead of individually generated codes. Most of the people that got free games didn't even do the survey.

And they didn't bother fixing the exploit when it was around since the survey e-mail was sent out, which is a good 3 days according to RFD.

yeah, blame EA not us. I admittedly only got 2 games mostly because the website was that slow.

I wonder how much money EA lost last night, on the other hand Origin got more use last night than its seen in the time since its launch

EA employee #1 "Hey, they are finally using our software. Break out the champagne"
EA employee #2 "Shit..... we are so fired tomorrow"

LOL

Well most of the free games were old games, unless people actually spent money to buy games. I highly doubt people still play multiplayer on them. Better than pirating for the single player I guess.

Pirated game, cheating to get a free game, that's tell me a lot on the guy

EA give me $ 20 credit on the chat, of course they look at my account and don't want too loose a good customer. I apply it on a pre-order not on a $ 19 games, I have all those old games.

Be honest: if you knew of the exploit, would you have taken advantage of it?

Honestly, I see EA actually giving good customer service. You got a $20 discount code after actually CHATTING with a rep.

Try to get that kind of service from those guys over at Steam. I dare ya.
