After received an email from Origin, I just take the time to fill a survey that give me a $ 20 discount on a game, well the code is invalid.....

No, I think it's safe to say it's mostly EA's fault for being dumb and using 1 code instead of individually generated codes. Most of the people that got free games didn't even do the survey.

And they didn't bother fixing the exploit when it was around since the survey e-mail was sent out, which is a good 3 days according to RFD.

I wonder how much money EA lost last night, on the other hand Origin got more use last night than its seen in the time since its launch

Well most of the free games were old games, unless people actually spent money to buy games. I highly doubt people still play multiplayer on them. Better than pirating for the single player I guess.

EA give me $ 20 credit on the chat, of course they look at my account and don't want too loose a good customer. I apply it on a pre-order not on a $ 19 games, I have all those old games.

Honestly, I see EA actually giving good customer service. You got a $20 discount code after actually CHATTING with a rep.

Try to get that kind of service from those guys over at Steam. I dare ya.
