Default Help?

I am still having Rage tearing issues on my PC. I thought When I Got my new Rig that the issue would go away. I am wondering if this might be issue. I have noticed on a few games under Resolution settings it says my Res that I want but the Speed is off slightly, My LCD is 60Hz refresh rate, And the setting says 59.95 or something like that. Could that be the issue?
I noticed this same thing in two other games. Why is it not detecting my LCD's proper refresh rate of 60Hz?? How can I fix this. I really want to finish rage, But the screen tearing is so lame. I also have V-Sync forced VIA Nvidia Control panel too.
Help?!?!?!?

The setting of what says 59.mhz? I never use nvidia to adjust my desktop refresh rate I just don't like to many things running at the same time that might conflict. is your problem a possible driver issue?

I haven't played Rage on PC yet, so I haven't seen the options it presents, but usually if I'm getting any sort of tearing, I immediately look for Vertical Synchronization (VSync). If you aren't aware, it helps reduce tearing by forcing your game to render according to your monitor's refresh rate.

Besides, a .05hz difference shouldn't cause as much tearing as you make it sound like.
