I personally couldn't be stoked about this game. According to the new info, the new GTA world will be bigger than RDR , San Andreas and Liberty city put together.

You know I would love to play it but I won't unless it is on PC, which I believe is not slated for yet. Such a shame.

PC all the way, in fact I wouldn't be suprised if those hi res screens are from teh PC version. Remember E3 when all the new games were running on a PC but with gamepads so nobody figured it out.
I'm definitely setting aside some cash for this, hard to believe the map is bigger than all other maps combined.

Actually I'm guessing you will be waiting longer than that and again like GTA IV, the PC version will most likely be just another broken console port.

For you and others asking about the PC platform, we're currently focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don't have any details to share about a PC version at this time.

Vice city still is and always will be the pinacle of the GTA franchise but in all truth I've enjoyed every release. GTA5 has some very interesting ideas with the 3 protagonists and being able to play each role but I'm not to keen on the rather dated look of the graphics. Hopefully we'll see a much more polished look as the game matures closer to release. And as for consoles there's no way in hell I'd play such a monumental title on hardware which upon release will be 7 years old. It's almost an embarrasment that game studios are reigning in thier creativity to fit into such dated and confining platforms. A title such as GTA deserves no less than to be the new console generations keystone title upon release imo. Regardless of my trepidations I've so very much looking forward to this title and can't wait to hear what fantastic soundtrack Rockstar has gathered together for this.
