What is wrong with video game devs these days? So aparently you can spend $30-120 and have access to in game stuff others wont along with extra XP. I don't know if I will be playing this game anymore. I am not down with "hey you can spend extra money and have advantage over people who don't want to spend it.... buy a portion of our game!"

By now you have probably become aware that a non-paying player will be able to access all the same mechs and equipment. The differences with the paid Founder's mechs are the superficial changes in appearance, and a 25% boost in money production which only saves some time. There are no XP bonuses. That seems like the perfect way to implement paid features as far as I know -- I've never played an F2P game.

I'm looking forward to trying out MWO. I haven't played an online multiplayer game since Mech4!

Oh, I made a mistake -- you do get a boost in XP through a premium subscription, but it's a time saver vs an absolute advantage over free accounts.

Nothing, its a better model then Pay to Play gamming by a long shot. My wife and friends play WoT and haven't paid a cent. I, on the other hand have. Yet they are still in the same league as myself in terms of hardware and such.

The only thing that is a glaring difference between myself and them is the garage slots.
