Default Gaming KB's

Does any one use a gamer oriented KB here? I'm thinking on getting a new KB and am wondering if there is any "performance" difference using these or is it just all bling? I've also been researching the kind that have a separate spot for the left hand that offers a better layout for the W,A,S,D area of the KB but none really get universally good reviews.

Opinions?

I have the Logitech Access keyboard, which isn't really gamer oriented , but I really like it. I paid 20$ for the keyboard, and it feels like its quality. that merc stealth and those zboards looks a bit cheap tough. And for 20$... I mean if you spill something in it your keyboard is done, so why invest so much.

so here it is:

the Saitek keyboards and Logitech G10 and 15 look and feel good too. But they aren't cheap.

I recently had a Razer Lycosa which was a pretty neat board. I liked their mouse the best though: Razer Lachesis.

Another good board to look at is this: Microsoft Reclusa (which is actually designed by Razer)

And no.....I'm not the Razer Rep......LOL

Don't mean to derail this thread too much here but what about more minimalist keyboards?(like ones without all that funky shaped plastic hanging off the sides)
I have to say that I really love the shape and size of the "Apple USB Keyboard" ( http://216.55.176.103/images/apple%20keyboard.jpg ) and the "Apple Pro Keyboard" ( http://arstechnica.com/reviews/4q00/...yboard-big.jpg ) but I can't seem to find many that are all that similar.

Razer Lycosa. I must say, I like how it looks quite a bit.(after removal of wrist rest) My biggest beef with it though is the ports being on the back, that bugs me immensely because the connectors plugged into them would stick out quite a bit.

Are there really so few in the same minimalist category or am I missing something here?

I love my MS Comfort Curve 2000. Super low profile keys feel like a high quality laptop. Just enough hot keys that I actually use too. Other than that I 2nd the Reclusa... If it wasn't $70 or whatever I'd buy one, looks sweet.
