Hey everyone

By end of next week, I will be hosting a contest where anyone from Canada and USA can participate. Read second post for list of games. In this thread, I am looking for feedback on:

1 Contest will be hosted on 26th February, Saturday.
2 Time is going to be 6 PM pdt (9pm eastern)
3 It would be a Hard core match
4 Server is going to be in Chicago, Illinois
5 It would be a conquest round
6 Tickets will be 600
7 It'd be heavy metal map
8 2 spectators - So only 15v15 (30 players)
9 Should players get to pick games (top chooses first)

Above can be disputed. Such as, should day be other, time be 7 pm, be non hc, should it be rush with 2 rounds, tickets be more in conquest or with rush tickets should be starting 200, map be different.

Again, this is suggestion thread. If you're unable to participate but would like to give suggestion, please do let me know you're not participating.

I am open to hundreds of suggestion. Remember, this contest if based on what you want.

NOTE: I edited out the sign up portion. Also, I am not the one that is in charge, just providing feedback.

there is a slight problem when you have these types of things and that is if the server is closest to one side they have the advantage.

Hey guys

I am the guy who is running this contest. If there are any question, do direct them to me.

Someone mentioned about server being far or close. I have moved one of our server from sydney to chicago as it is more central. Al though east will have advantage, but only of very bit of ping. Also ping doesn't matter a lot in most cases as i play on my server in frankfurt off from vancouver.

Anyway, do sign up. If this contest is a hit, there will be an even bigger contest coming soon!

Reason i asked jc to post the thread is because i wanted it to be seen legit. With 1 post, it wouldn't have worked out so well. For those that are still curious about the legitimacy of this contest, youll be able to see the thread stickied in ncix gaming section on the forums.

I'd highly appreciate is HWC can promote this contest in any way. This contest is open to all people in US and Canada and is not limited to NCIX

Date probably isn't ideal as midterms are going on now, hence low registration imo. Marks > free game.
