Well when you think about it, it's still cheaper than buying all the expansions as they come out ($50/4 = $12.50). The only thing that irks me is that they advertise it as gaining access 2 weeks early, but really they're just holding everyone else back for two weeks. Double XP weekends are a good addition to add into a premium type service as well, or even if they just had it a constant +20%. Other visual customizability is all good for a premium type service, but not stuff that holds non-premium users back from weapons, maps, vehicles, etc.
So I think it is a decent offering for a premium paid service as you're basically just paying up front for the expansions at a reduced rate, with some added bonuses.
