Ah, I should have googled it before posting, last I checked, they hadn't gotten the IR capabilities working. (Like in the first video you posted)

Still, I'd rather stick to using the Wii remote for games designed for it.

Cptn Vortex - from what i have read the charging kit only connects the pc to your controllers battery, no signal from the sticks/buttons is sent via usb. you can still use a pc to charge the batteries though (which is nice for me because my 360 is so far away its easier to charge it from my pc...).

also, there is a 'dongle' you can get for windows that does receive the wireless signals and allows the use of a regular 360 wireless....i think. i could be wrong though, im pretty sure they make a 360 controller specifically for windows too. ill look into it later if i get a chance.

Yes, the reciever is $20.

The 360 controller for Windows simply includes the reciever in the package, it's the exact same controller otherwise.

np and I agree with you. Try play a FPS with that and you would be super slow.
