Is the DLC worth 5x what I just paid for the game? I dont care about the appearance stuff or the guns
They do add quite a bit of gameplay. IF you don't want to spend that much you at least need to buy the Shadow Broker's Lair. It is pretty awesome.

What I really want is to see Portal 2 on one of the today's deals.

That and that latest one as well, since it adds to the story a lot and leads directly up to ME3. It is called arrival I believe.

yea I was contemplating not even buying ME2 after seeing all the DLC you need to buy after the fact. Was just gonna get it for free, but then I decided eh what the hell I'll buy it. I was gonna grab ME1 too but I had already bought it on the EA store so I downloaded Origin to make sure I could still download it since back in the day there was that whole "you can only download this for a year or you can pay extra and have the option to have it for download for 3 years". I guess they realized that was fvcking retarded, and now will let you download it forever. So yea it's still available for DL for me.

Hey what do people think of Sam and Max? The entire thing, season one, season two and the devils playhouse is on for only $12.49.

Thoughts? People think it is worth it?

Another one I was thinking about Hydrophobia: Prophecy. It is one for $4.08, good deal?

Picked up the X superbox. I think at this point I am probably done, unless they bring back some earlier daily deals tomorrow that I was on the fence about.

I grabbed the Napoleon Total War GOTY Edition yesterday along with the Command and Conquer set. I'm pretty sure I'm done with purchases now that I have completed my collection of every C&C game and every Total War game + DLC.

The whole Mass Effect thing does piss me off though. I wish they would start releasing complete games for once instead of relying on DLCs...

Speaking of strategy games, Empire Earth II is an excellent price @ D2D today.

I was a huge fan of the original Empire Earth, but the sequels just butchered everything that made the multiplayer aspect fun.

I'm finally going to buy Portal 2 though - after all the sale scouring.

Do you think it is worth it? I'm just wondering as you can get the X3: Gold pack that has the two latest games for $6.24. I guess it is only like $3, but just wondering if you think the older games in that pack are worth it?

I did debate whether or not to get just get X3 gold. But I figured for 3$ more I could get the earlier ones, and supposedly there are some significant differences between X2 and X3. It is however quite possible I never play the earlier ones but at least I have the option to if I am so inclined. However the games are quite modable, so maybe some of the issues (or perceived issues) are fixed with mods. It really comes down to what you think the chances are of you playing the earlier games.
