Tomb Raider is on sale today

Lara Croft and Tomb Raider Sale

Anyone have any opinions or recommendations on any of these? I never really played any of the Tomb Raider games

decided to grab brink from D2D with the 20% off coupon, hopefully they give the product key around the time steams allows for preload (assuming steam will preload it).

Underworld is in the original style, and worth the $7.50 IMHO. Guardian of Light is more of a side scroller type. I tried a demo, and I'll pick it up for $5.

BTW, my recommendations come with the caveat that anything I get an hour's worth of enjoyment is worth $5. So a $50 game better give me 10 hours of worthwhile gameplay. Your ideas of value may differ from mine.

EDIT: Just preordered Dragon Age 2 with the 20% off code above. Saved $12

I don't see it posted in here yet, but mid-week madness sale on Steam is HL2:Episode 2 for $2 if anyone doesn't already have it. Ends tomorrow 4pm PST

I bought all of them except for Underworld and the DLC packs

I do the same thing, but I use a $10/hour criteria

Wow 10$/game hour, I aim for 1$/hour, I can live with 2$/hour but any higher and I don't touch it.

Well, for $5 I'll be grabbing C&C4. I like the over the top cut scenes in the C&C games.

$10/hour is my upper limit, just to not feel ripped off

but usually my game purchases are was under $1/hr such as StarCraft 2, bioshock ($10), infamous ($15)

Arkham Asylum for $7.50 seems to be heading in that direction too

Be warned Gord, C&C4 isnt like any of the other C&C games, no base building and the FoV is quite small. That said I didnt mind 4 sure it was different but I liked the leveling up to gain better units and having a crawler you are able to take the battle to the enemy , not bad just different.

Since I have used up all my installs for RA3 and cant find my discs anymore for C&C3TW, I will be picking up both here today.
