I've never used Impulse before... any issues ordering and downloading from a Canadian IP?

The only thing I've bought from Impulse is an SoaSE expansion, but I can say it was pretty painless.

No problems whatsoever for me so far, I have bought Mass Effect 2, DA:O, Sins and the first expansion and RF:G. The sales aren't as many/as good as on Steam but other than that Impulse is good.

Do you download an ISO, or is it still digital content? How does that work when it's a game that's tied to steam?

Has anyone played Tropico 3: Absolute power? I enjoyed Tropico 3 but I don't know if the Absolute Power addon is a good enough value to replay it.

Tied to Steam: You get a key, enter it in Steam, download the game through Steam.

The one game I got that wasn't tied to Steam I got a zip file with installer in it.

I don't know about games tied to steam, but you can get the cd key from the game list. As for other games it works the same way as steam.
