Default New DLC from Bioware

Not sure if anyone else has seen this yet but Sept. 7th looks to be a good day for Mass Effect and Dragon Age fans.

For Mass Effect 2 there is Lair of The Shadow Broker. See the trailer here:
Mass Effect 2: Lair Of The Shadow Broker Video Game, DLC Debut Trailer HD | Video Clip | Game Trailers & Videos | GameTrailers.com

And then for Dragon Age Origins there is Witch Hunt. See the trailer for that here:
Dragon Age: Origins: Witch Hunt Video Game, Exclusive Debut Trailer HD | Video Clip | Game Trailers & Videos | GameTrailers.com

Now the problem is trying to find room to install both of those again, the SSD is getting full.

Same, i kinda polished off Dragon Age a month ago and have been going through ME1 through to ME2 so this dlc looks promising.

How do other folks feel about the DLC business model?

Personally, I like the model so long as it's something like $20 / 10-15 hrs worth of gameplay. As single player RPG fan, I feel it gives slightly older games a bit more longevity, but again... it has to be real content, and not something silly like $10 for freaking horse armour (a-la Oblivion).

When DLC is done right, I will gladly buy it. Borderlands is a great example of what I consider to be properly-made DLC.

That pretty much sums up my feelings as well. Since I usually only play the single player RPGs and I do really like it when they add to the story. Now since DA2 is not going to be my same player as DA:O, then I really welcome this DLC. I do hope they have made it long enough though and keep the price down.

As for the ME one, it looks like it will be good and I welcome it as well, only if it is not taking time away from completing ME3.

If properly priced, I don't mind it. The Borderlands DLCs for 3.39 are excellent value, but 10$ for a couple hours is not worth it.

The only DLCs I ever bought were Borderlands and AC2 and I was happy with my purchases. The Borderlands DLC felt like full expansions that used to cost way more than $10 so I am not sure how anyone can whine about them. The AC2 DLC was mostly more of the same for a few more hours of gameplay, and at $5 each it's alright for people who really liked the game. Admittedly the AC2 DLCs felt more like an easy money grab for content that could have just been in the game. But since I bought the game for $40 (PS3) close to launch the $10 I spent on DLC was still less than a retail copy at regular price.

I'm intrigued by this aswell. I have gotten all the DLC for Dragon Age so far, the Lelianna story was a little disappointing was expecting more I guess not the snippet at the very of her story.

So far the DLC model has intrigued me, borderlands dlc through steam is a bargain, and as long as its under 10 for a good story and length I'll pay gladly. Though, ME1 DLC was disapointing, and ME2 broke on me, and I'm annoyed every time I start a bioware game it must log in and if I cant get a connection I cant get the DLC
