Default Any chat clients for gaming?

So here's the deal I want to be able to MSN and game in full screen at the same time, I hate alt tabbing.

I need a client that can handle either AIM or MSN to intergrate into the games I play such as RE5, ARMA1 and 2, and OA.

Is there such a thing?

Much thanks for answers...I used to do dual monitor but it really takes my focus away from things

xfire.com ?
They have some level of integration with some other services, but I cannot remember the details.

Xfire has some kind of in-game overlay and their chat service integrates with MSN. I've never used it so I can't comment on how good or bad it is, but it's worth looking into. Personally, I just use Steam for chatting while playing games, although it isn't compatible with other chat services.

Yup Xfire does fine. MSN support is good enough for text chatting.

There is also Raptr: What are you playing? which even connects to xbox live and the such. I used it for a while and it's not bad (the interface is nicer IIRC), but I don't use MSN (or other such chat programs) much these days so xfire and steam are good enough for me.

I use xfire and steam, MSN linked to Xfire.

It would be nice to have a app that connected both Steam and Xfire though IMO.
