Is the code tied to your Xbox live/PSN account? If it is, than it screw buyers with multiple accounts. On top of that Xbox 360 players already pay for their online service, now they have to pay another amount to play online if they buy used. That is ridiculous.

Yes smart business in it for the long run does not screw the consumer. People fight back out of principle.

That I agree. They are inviting all the crackers to a nice challenge though.
