Default How Does Gaming Affect Your Relationship(s)?

Thought this was a pretty funny video of Tripod...just remembered it the other day:

My girlfriend always played some RTS games but when i met her she wasn't really up to date on games. Now we play C&C3 together, she enjoys watching me play most games (that i play) because she finds it interesting and amusing. I also got her into L4D series on the 360, then over to the pc (for number 2) so she would have something to do this year living apart.

My wife likes games that are not so high action and high stress. She's played some Tomb Raider, really likes NOLF, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper... she also likes Dr Layton on DS. Currently we are meandering through Lego Indy 2 in co-op. She has also shown some interest in Uncharted 2 so we'll see about that one?

Edit: I should add I never let gaming interfere with my relationships. People and responsibilities = #1, especially my wife and home. Gaming is pretty low on the things to do list. Sadly it means less and less game time but that's life.

My gf hates video games so it's tough but she has her own hobbies to keep her busy when I am busy

My wife will only play Wii games, or GT4 with the wheel. Other than that, she couldn't be bothered with games. As with Thund3rball, there's not a ton of game time these days...
