Default trying to fix a 5 month old problem =/

Please for the love of god i am going fckign insane trying to deal with this now

i have been e-mailing and posting in the tech forums at gfwl and i have gotten no help, i even tried to fcking call!

i purchased point lookout and microsoft took my 800 points, but decided they didnt want to give me the download

the points can only be used for DLC, all the games are listed in regular USD.

Batman AA is actually 75% off on GFWL atm.

god, im getting the same damn responses as before "just press download, you wont get charged again"

even though i linked this image, i am never buying anything online unless it is from steam ever again.

at this point im thinking of just waiting for the goty version to go on sale again on steam, because i have 3 dlc's letf to download, that would run me 30 dollars, im pretty sure i can transfer me save that way as well.

Did you pay for the 800 points using a credit card? It's been quite a long time but you might want to talk to them about reversing the charges.

Have you spoken to tech support at MS? If so, call back and ask for a supervisor as nobody so far has been able to resolve the issue. Let them know you either want it resolved during the call, or a credit applied to your account (for money, not points), either way let them know that it needs to be resolved one way or the other during the call.

nope, gfwl only allows purchases to be made with mspoints.
im gonna call them again, i think they are closed now though
