Default Another terrible DRM system, just for us!
Ubisoft PC DRM doesn't sound like such a good idea anymore

  • you must be online to play
  • if you lose connection you will be kicked off and your progress lost
  • you must use a special ubisoft account
  • your saved files are not saved on your computer.
Awesome right? Day one purchase?

Ubi hates PC gamers, have for years. I still put up with them on occasion but will absolutely not buy any PC game with this, I'll buy it on PS3 instead! Lol sad but true :( ... already own AC2. And it's actually quite good.

I've flushed better.

I suspect Ubi will stick with this whether it's liked or not. Of course pirates will in no way be hindered what so ever and only the paying customer will have to put up with it.

interesting, in an earlier interview they mentioned that if you lost connection it would let you continue from where it paused or from your last save.

In the end I don't care, if I do buy a Ubisoft game being online the entire time is not a problem, which in reality won't be for the majority of people. As it stands the only future game Ubi will release that I might be interested in is R.U.S.E.
