What is Preloading? The game installs before release so you can play it the day it comes out?

Haven't done it myself, but my understanding of it is exactly what you've suggested. Basically if the release is 12AM 1/1/2010 it'll download before that date and be ready to play immediately.

Saves you from the initial day heavy server load blues..... ;)
