Tech support for MW2?

Has anybody found any form of tech support for COD MW2?

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places, but I can't even find a FAQ for common problems, let alone any kind of support # or forums.......

Actually looking for information about how the hosting feature works on the Xbox 360. Pretty sure I found it though, thanks.

That said.... is it just me or is there really a black hole WRT this game for folks who are having problems with it? Doesn't the actual game producer have some form of contact information for support?

I really think their PC version was kind of an after thought and they dont seem to care that much about the PS3 one (more then the PC version). It more or less looks like Infinity Ward, with microsoft's back/support has been putting most their attention in addressing/fixing 360 issues and thats about it.

Modern Warfare 2 is not balanced for tech support.

MW2 is awful for tech support. The net code is crap, there are hackers galore online, and you can't even host your own dedicated private server. Even something as basic as publishing what each patch fix addresses is no-where to be found; even on the products website. I'm never buying an IW game again, ever.

Heh... didn't find an actual solution, just a clarification (and recognition) of the problem..... ;)

I was willing to overlook the issues the game had until i played my first competitive match with it in the newegg tourny yesterday. Host advantage, no build in demo recording, no punkbuster anti cheat screenshots, pings are all over the board without a dedicated server. Still lots of hackers online even with vac. Ive finally accepted that IW really bent us pc gamers over.
