Default where is Nvidia with dx11?

not that i would buy it because it is nvidia, but i would like to get a dx11 graphics card and i think some competition would lower prices..

is DX11 actually beneficial? I have yet to actually see a DX11 game or benchmarks.

but right now ATI is so far ahead already and if Nvidia has another 2-3 months, hell ATI could be ready for the 6000 series cards, nVidia must have a huge performance gain for the 300 series to be worthwhile waiting for

and one could argue that Dirt2 is a worthy title.

Beneficial in what way? In terms of technology, DX11 has quite a few major improvements over previous versions. although whether or not those will be apparent to the average user remains to be seen. Tessellation is one of the main marketing points, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
