Games like Titan Quest?
 
I'm looking for fun top down hack and slash like Titan Quest. Ironically, I don't like Diablo 2.

Games I've tried:
Loki
Silverfall
Spellforce
Divine Divinity
Sacred 1 & 2

If you kill them earlier on you will level up much faster yourself. I always found the party to be more of a burden.... and what about Baldur's Gate? (that is party-oriented though).

The non-mmo version of prince of qin is really fun. The sequel, Seal of Evil is not though.
