They gingerbee, i'm assuming you have a logitech gamepad ( i do), search up Logitech Profiler on google and download it. It should work fine with the game. Also, for the game pad users, they setting the deadzones for accel and brake and steering to ZERO. it should be as sensitive as the controls in GRID.
Please try the Audi R8, it rocks!!! The steering is so smooth.
About the lagging issue, the pc in my sig runs it quite well. Everything on high @ 1600X900 windowed w/ 2Xaa, about ~30 fps
