batman is AAAAAAWWWWEEESSSSOMMMEEEE... i preordered it for my PS3 for about 39$. Oh and thunderball i vote for DOW2 .

Great thread - should we split this up into different categories to discuss best games? e.g. rpg, fps, rts etc...

I'd vote FO3, even if it was released in fall '08, since there have been 5 DLCs made throughout '09.

That game was so boring I tried playing it like 3-4 times and is the only game of 2009 I regret buying. Now I do not consider myself a particularly picky gamer, and admittedly RTS is not my #1 favourite genre. But I couldn't stop playing DoW 1 till I finished it including all the skirmish maps vs AI.

See the reason they DRMed the hell out of that game with Steam AND GFWL is because they knew they made a complete POS, and everyone that got sucked into buying it on week #1 would be selling it the day after they installed it.

I'm playing through Crysis Warhead for the 3rd time (Tri Sli this time).....friggin great game......1920 x 1200 All Enthusiast 4x AA smooth as butter....nice! Got to crank my fans up to 85% (keeps me from getting above 77c across the Board on all 3 GPU's) but I got the volume cranked so I don't really here / notice the "wwwoooossshhhh"......

My son told me that Bioshock 2 has been delayed till Apr '10.....?.....this true?

First half of 2010, no date yet. They delayed it so as not to compete with Modern Warfare 2 like everybody else who's delayed games to 2010, lol.
