Smile Monkey Island is BACK!

Woo! Turns out they've made and released a new sequel to the series, called Tales of Monkey Island, a five-part adventure of episodic content. Episode one is apparently available for order now!

And to make things even better, they're releasing the original game again: The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition! Now with updated graphics, (some) added features, and true support for 1080p widescreen.

LOL - not only updated graphics - but you can also switch to ORIGINAL content / graphics too.

I still remember the last one I played, the ending was kind of............bad actually - Will never forget that very frustrating monkey dance puzzle at the end ! brings back memories, and headaches too ;/

I loved 1+2, haven't gotten around to playing the other ones with the updated graphics...
When I was a kid, I "borrowed' the disks from my neighbour and hand drew my own copy protection wheel... had access to a photocopier :P

These games are classic! I got my start on the series with the Curse of Monkey Island which came with an offer to send away for 1+2 for free - an amazing deal!

Has anyone played through the first episode of the Tales of Monkey Island and have any comments?
