Anyone going to be getting this? its only 14.99 on steam. could give L4D a run for its money i think. 6 player co op and 16 weapons,abilities and perks. Killing Floor Launch Trailer on Steam

Yes I saw this too and am on the fence... Do I go for the L4D sale this weekend for $24 or the Killing Floor pre-order for $15. Decisions, decisions...

My son gifted this to me so I am in.If it"s anything like L4D it"s going to be a blast at lan"s.

I'm not sold on this.

Looks like a spin-off of L4D... but I will reserve final judgment until I play the demo.

I'm pretty sure that this has been in development ever since L4D was. Killing Floor just looks incredibly more scarier!

Killing Floor has been around longer than L4D, it began life as a mod for UT2k4. You are fighting mutants not zombies. 6 man coop will be a blast.

Well I tried playing Killing Floor last night, and it turns out that it's pretty hard playing by yourself. It definitely requires multiplayer teamwork to play. The only problem though is that ever since I had to open some ports up on my router so that I could play the multiplayer, my internet has gone down the drain. You can read this message because I am at work.

Overall I think it's much scarier than L4D because it looks much more real and it also makes sure that teamwork is involved. I would definitely advise you guys to look into this game.

i downloaded killing floor last night to give it a go on single player before buyin it and im glad i downloaded it instead. its ok i guess, better graphics and all,but i was able to finish levels by myself on hard.A cpl other things bugged me as well....having to go to the trader after every attack got annoying real fast and havin to buy stuff grrrrr i hate that crap. thats main reason i don't play C.S. and no melee without having to switch to a melee weapon sux as well.not saying its a bad game,will be a good laugh with friends and all but as for being better then left 4 dead i don't thinks so imo. anyone have this for mp, is it busy online?
