Default Terminator: Salvation (free gameplay)

Just thought I'd post this link for free gameplay for the new terminator movie coming out next month. PC and console versions of the game to be released. Are any of you planning on seeing the movie or purchasing the game?

Terminator Salvation Game

I tried to get into a multiplayer match of that Terminator flash game but after five attempts I got bored and quit. The movie does look pretty bad ass although I really think they're milking the franchise pretty bad. Still, gimme lasers and cgi robots and I'm a happy camper. A definate plus is Christian Bale is cast in the lead role as John Conners the leader of mankinds last, best hope for survival. As for the game I don't want to judge anything before I see some inside first looks but ussually game adaptations of movies are rather poor. This one in peticular from the few screens I've seen looks very console oriented with it's over the shoulder perspective and a cover system seems very similar to Gears of war (not a bad thing really). I'm not holding my breath for the game but the movie looks like a good no brain action laser, cgi, explosions fest.

Movie looks like it will be alright. The FPS game might be too but I haven't bought a movie game in a long time. :P

Christian bale doesnt look anything like what the originaly casted john connor would look like as an adult, wish they would have just gotten him to play the part again. Dont get me wrong CB is great in roles that suit him, I just dont like the looks of him in this movie =( For some reason when I see the trailers with him in it my mind goes instantly to Equilibrium!

No the movies came out before the games im pretty certain, atleast the alien movie did. But those where deffinetly top notch games =) and your right about the starwars games, I loved rogue squadron and a few of the others. Also a couple of the Lord of the ring games where half decent.

Well they are based on 2 movie franchises at the time. I believe there were AVP comics though. The actual AVP movies came out WAY later.
