CSS Choke

Hi everyone, i have some problem with CSS, i always choke
when i try to kill someone i cant touch it.. and at the same time my choke up to 5 to 40(depend of how many guys i see)

i dont think it's a computer problem.. that my hardware,
e5200 at 3.8
ep45-ud3p
2x2G g.skill pc2 8000
his 4870 512
hx520w
wd black 640
with a fresh windows instal
and running at 1680x1050

my internet is not the best one in the world but it's the best i can have here(form me to mtl on speedtest.net i got 5.09mb/s download and 0.73mb/s upload)

i also try some server.. but it's always the same think

i try changing my rate but a lot of server are locked

so my question is, anyone know a good solution?

anyone know if that can help me?

what kind of ping do you get on these servers that choke?

around 25 to 40...

Sounds like a rate problem more than choking, try some of the following console commands:
rate 20000
cl_updaterate 30
cl_cmdrate 66

They work for me.

i already try it, it help a litle but still choke at 10/15 some time

my settings right now are

rate 60000
cl_updaterate 100
cl_smdrate 100

find out what the servers rate it set at and go from there.
