2404 - PC Gaming – BioShock 2 Multiplayer Info

Seems like multiplayer won't be as simple as "capture the flag" or "deathmatch"

points, discovering the origins of Rapture... wow... can they really do this for a multiplayer?

What's next, Bioshock mmorpg? (I'd love it, though, in FPS!)

meh, honestly they should have stuck with singleplayer and enhanced that. I prefer a good game with a good story to a good multiplayer game with a half assed story

and yeah, that multiplayer seems overly complicated, they realise that most people who play online shooters are the kind of people who are really twichy and froth at the mouth

Ya I am not so thrilled about MP either. It sounds inventive and all but I wasn't one of the people who whined because Bioshock had no MP. I am very happy with a good SP game.

Just saw this thread and I've always meant to get this game, the first one that is but never got around to it for one reason or another. But after reading through this thread I decided to get it. So I surfed over to Direct 2 drive and low and behold it is on sale for 9.99 USD, 11.50 CAD! So I picked it up for a song. Can't wait to get home next week to try it out. I love Direct 2 drive and Steam I can buy video games even when I can't get to the store, yippie! Just got it in time to as it says it is a weekend deal.

But this is the second time in the last few months that I've seen it for sale at 50 percent off from various online retailers, if you want to get the game I would recommend waiting for this weekend because Steam may have it for sale, their sales tend to mirror D2D so it maybe worth the wait.
