no. may look similar but is the big sister's big daddy or something along those lines. A much more agile, faster, slimmer big daddy. Can look something like those hooked splicers but be assured they are different

when is this coming again?

Ohhh, no that's not a Spider Splicer from the first it's the Big Sister as said above. She is a grown up little sister that's all ninja'd out Bioshock style! She's your main enemy, as far as we know so far, that hunts you and you'll have to battle a number of times throughout the game.

last battle literally took me 2 minutes, I thought it was kind of a joke compared to the rest of the game difficulty wise, but I loved the entire game and am eagerly awaiting the sequal.
