Update is on Steam as well. To launch the 64-bit version you don't launch the game through steam though, you have to go into the Warhead directory and launch the Crysis64.exe app. Been playing all afternoon

I've been meaning to buy this, is it worthwhile?

Well I just started playing Warhead yesterday so I have no idea if FPS went up or not.

But worth buying? Hell yes if you enjoyed the original Crysis.

I just recieved warhead as a gift on steam, but if I launch the x64 version through steam as a non-steam game, i can't use the overlay or force dx9. Anyone have any good tips on tweaking 64bit warhead thru steam?

IIRC the 32-bit version of Crysis Warhead performed just as well as the 64-bit version and it was still able to address more than 4GB of ram when needed. I really don't see a reason to run 64-bit.
