god i hate scary games.


this game is really freaking awesome, but i just can't play it... it's dead space all over again =(

I am DLing the demo right now. I LOVED the first FEAR. I hope thereis hand to hand combat again. That was my fave part in the MP.

I rather disliked the first one.. Not so much scary as a pita(at night in a dark room even). That may be because I was trying to play it on a PS3 though.. >_>

I'm actually playing Perseuas Mandate again...think I played through the 1st FEAR 3 times or so..and yeah..pretty freaky game.....looking forward to FEAR 2

Now THAT is a demo!! Talk about a little bit of everything holy crap.

1. Definitely scarier than the first (and I thought the 1st was good and creepy). More blood, creepy music, ghoulishness and voices than my heart can take for extended periods of time lol.
2. Environments and destructiveness is great, especially at the end of the demo with the mech. That was pure carnage.
3. I think the devs did a great job of pulling you right back into the series with an updated look. Controls and weapons are familiar with some new additions.
4. I know what I am buying on Feb. 10th, and it's not my brothers birthday present.

Way to go Monolith. Let's hope the whole game is that kind of a ride.

Hummm, I fully enjoyed the first one, I'll have a go at the demo sometime tomorrow and report back in. Hopefully this one is every bit as good as the first one was.

wow can't wait for that game....really hope to get to play a cpl levels with that mech suit fun stuff right there...and theres one part in the demo that scared the living **** outta me when it happened lol won't say what for those who havn't played the demo yet..but real hopin for lots more scares in the full version
