Default MOH Airborne intall problem?

I've been trying to install Medal Of Honor Airborne on xp pro 64 but what happens is, I punch in the key code, hit next then a quick flash of physx 7.xx driver pops up maybe 1/2 sec then nothing, install window disappears and desktop is back to regular, I tried 4 times and the samething happens. Any ideas of what I can do or is xp pro 64 the problem? The manual says vista 64 is not supported but doesn't say anything about xp64.

Just a thought and worth a try. This seems to come up with Vista 64 installs. Try uninstalling the PhysX driver, install the game, then reinstall the PhysX driver.
