Default MOH Airborne intall problem?

I've been trying to install Medal Of Honor Airborne on xp pro 64 but what happens is, I punch in the key code, hit next then a quick flash of physx 7.xx driver pops up maybe 1/2 sec then nothing, install window disappears and desktop is back to regular, I tried 4 times and the samething happens. Any ideas of what I can do or is xp pro 64 the problem? The manual says vista 64 is not supported but doesn't say anything about xp64.

Yup, that was the problem, thanks Thund3r.

Just a thought and worth a try. This seems to come up with Vista 64 installs. Try uninstalling the PhysX driver, install the game, then reinstall the PhysX driver.
