That pretty much sums ut all up. I found it fun and different but I totally agree with the review. The game was short and you don't know what the heck is going on.

I'm having hard time with the second level after she met her sister. My FPS drop to 6 when I reach the first stair. I have everything maxed out. I will try the patch this week. I hope it will fix my random crashed and quitting to the menu instead of loading the next level. ( sometime it doesnt save the game and I have to redo the level :( )

Check it out a 3rd Person Perspective Mod. Although completely defeating the point of the game it may add some replay value for you.

• go to "Documents\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\TdGame\Config\"
• open TDInput file
• add this line under bindings:

They had so much atmosphere in parts of this game, the music/visuals where stunningly well done but the cutscenes where horrible and the story REALLY needed work. they had such a good shot at a great game here though =( its sad.

This game is for sale regular price @ $29.99 at walmart, just confirmed that when I went up there yesterday. its been that price since walmart got the game in stock.

mirror edge is soooo bored and most frustrated sucky control... it really wants to make me to not finish the game... i regret to play this game.... ;[

I think this game has potential but needs a fair bit of refinement.

1. Free running is great but too short.
2. When the game forced you into combat, the controls sucked the big kahuna. Combat just sucked period.
3. The flash cut scenes are atrocious.

With longer free rurning (possibly a more open world style) better melee skills and some decent story/cutscenes and this game could be pretty damn good imo. We'll see if EA does anything with it?

ea also need to dim the light a bit... its too brightness for me... "q" button is only direction to right... i want left one! and the game is pretty bug... i have to unistall physx then reinstall with real nvidia one... so i can play at very highest quality...

and did you notice some strange stuff such as bike, trash and etc on the building? i was like wtf... i wish i can ride the bike over the beam...
