Holiday 2008 Games: What will You be Playing?

Well, the cold weather seems to be slowly settling in so that means more time for gaming without feeling guilty that you are missing a perfectly good day outside. This year seems to have a bumper crop of hot(ish) PC titles.

So, what are you playing, will be playing or wanting for Christmas? Let's see your list.

4- Far Cry 2

6- Call of Duty: World at War
7- Stalker: Clear Sky
8- Empire: Total War (pre order)

I have most of the games I am interested in right now.
Left4Dead I will probally pickup sometime soon, If I can stop playing WaW.
FC2 was good, Warhead was okay too but too short IMO
The one I am really waiting for is BF3 but thats not until spring 09 for combat testing.

L4D for sure. Might continue WaW, can't get into it... seems so cheesy compared to COD4 and other new stuff. Already finished STALKER:CS - picked up the new NFS: Undercover it's back to the good old racing days, way better then NFS: Prostreet. I need to get back into some time wasting RTS (i'm not good at them so it takes a long time to finish a level) Need something new other then FPS.. maybe a sports sim or something.

I was hoping StarCraft 2 was going to be released but that doesn't look like it's happening until February. I'm finishing off Farcry 2 now, and will start Fallout 3, by the amount of content I'll probably be playing until Christmas. Maybe I'll try GTA IV as well.

I'm about 2/3 through tomb raider Underworld now. Haven't played this series since 2 I think. Nice break from the twitch games and Lara is sporting a camel toe.

Great graphics too.

I played through Legends and liked it a lot. I have Anniversary for PS2 but I never play PS2 anymore. Maybe I should see if I can trade it in against the PC version? I agree it's a nice change of pace, especially playing it on a laptop just chillin on the couch. Although to really enjoy all the graphics I should probably play Underworld on my desktop.
