In a word yes. I went almost 6 months w/o a decent gaming rig and now I've got one up and running great I'm all for some winter gaming. Whatever game shows the most interest I'll go out and purchase, but personally COD4 and TF2 I've played the snot out of and as Biff says getting owned by 14yr old brats gets tiring so maybe something new and fresh would be in order so we all could get in on the ground floor and not get schooled by teenagers with 5,000 hrs playtime under their belts.

Whats really got me stoked is the whole Vent idea. I'd definately use other channels to chat about hardware or really anything that you fine Canucks want to discuss. Maybe even a F@H HWC channel for an example.

Yeah, I don't mind paying for it at all I just want people to use it; for whatever means, they arn't expensive so the more it's full the better right? Just don't want to waste money lol

I've never played on line either, but I tried out the cod4 demo recently, and wanted more when I was finished. I spend about 4 days a week on the road so having something better than work to do in the hotel room would be alright.

I'm in the same boat in that I've never played online. I have COD4 and TF2 so I'd be willing to be fodder until I got a bit better then I could work my way up to victem!

TF2 would be my choice, because I don't own COD4, but if I can find it for cheap, I would love to play online.

I'd like to use vent for more than just FPS! If anyone plays any other multiplayer games they could use vent for that too! Co Op Left for Dead? Starcraft II? Diablo III?? so much potential!

My internet sucks (bell)
I don’t play on-line anymore, tired of snot-nosed 14yr olds telling me my internet sucks (see above)

My last online game in supreme commander was just a verbal fest for about an hour,
as they demanded I logoff. “ you come and get me”. As I hid my commander in the
water where they couldn’t find and kill me.
They could have just disconnected me, but NO…. little punks.
