I spend hours tweaking the settings every time I get a new game. I like to go behind the basic user interface tweaks too, you can find some good optimizations. Tweak guides is a great place to get hints about optimizing each title and what the settings do.

Thanks, I'll have a look at that, but I suspect it's just a matter of setting the sensitivity of my mouse and/or getting used to it. I remember the same kind of learning curve when I first played dungeon siege.

Aah. I suspect you are already using the mouse to move (Dungeon Siege style) rather than the WASD keys (Over the Shoulder FPS style). In any case, great game.

Hrmmmmm.....

I'll keep playing it a bit, but I'm starting to think picking this up was a mistake. Never been a big fan of cut scene games. :(

Been playing the enhanced version from D2D all weekend on XP64. Says that the digital version of the game is not supported on Vista64. Has anyone tried it on Vista64? I'm DLing to my laptop right now so that I can try it out.

It's been quite a bit of fun over the weekend. Now I'll try it on the laptop in the hotel room this week.

I guess I won't try it out on the laptop. They weren't kidding when they said that Vista64 was not supported by the digital version from D2D. Two BSDs so far "System Service Exception". I'll look around for a fix, but it doesn't look hopeful.
