Yeah I have done that before too, it is just alot more hassle and I dont like all the crap from regular water going thru my blocks. Adds 150-200 mhz on cpu and about 50-60 on GPU at same voltages. Not that big a deal but something to do when you are bored. :)

Just rebuilt my loop! Got some sweet copper L's from my local hardware store. They have a decent internal structure, and my temps didnt go up at all. Before After! Pump round back UV! (actually, this is the Feser One View.. Supposed to be black and then turn blue under UV light, however the pics lie. In person, it looks the same when under UV as it does when not.....kinda a dissapointment.)

Looks killer... I would of tried harder to not use all those 90 degree fittings and gone with something more curved with a radius. Nice job

Well, in the back portion, it would have been a Very Very tight bend getting a single tube in there. These elbows are quite free flowing, I noticed no reduction in flow. I don't have any gear to measure it, but my temps stayed the same, if anything the have gone down, as I mounted the RAD a little better now (using the Silverstone RAD brackets). Also, Elbows are FAR better than Kinks!! (and they look cool)

No doubt, I agree with the kink part.

Yes I put one of the Swiftech copper chips onto that VRM chip. Seems to keep it cool. I want to get another 70 or 80mm fan and mount it so it is blowing air over the videocard and it's ramchips, But I don't have many left. The chips get warm to the touch, but by no means hot.
