Default Plasma screen

Well, I just picked up a new couch set from the brick and they gave me a 42" Panasonic Viera plasma screen. I plan to use it for gaming maybe. Anybody have any experience with these large puppies?

yah, is it hd though? non hd are 800x480 resolution. The panasonic are the best plasmas around. I spent 100's of hours playing oblivion on my 1366x768 hd 42" plasma. Great picture, you just have to worry about static parts of the image burning into the plasma screen.

They are the best plasma available, they offer the best contrast and black colors. The images burn are rare now, and they can get removed by leaving the screen off for a while. Hey you got it free, so why not?
