tv or monitor ?
 

I want a 25 - 30 inch screen, one that will allow connecting a pc &/or gaming console. It should be 1080p capable as well as able to do 1280 x 1024.I sure the question is missing some technical concepts, in general thats what I'm looking for.TV or monitor(flat panel I guess) which one to buy?

If you want a 1080P television you're going to be stuck with 32" at the minimum I believe for the Westinghouse one. Otherwise, the new Dell 27" should be right up your alley.

I have the Dell 24" and I wouldn't hesitate buying the Dell 27" based on how well this mointor performs
