Default What should I ask for this monitor

HP 2105 Widescreen

I know this monitor is not that great for gaming, but the person who is buying it is only using it for a home pc and watching movies.

Monitor is in mint condition and only been used for a little no scratches or any thing.

I'm not thinking of selling on this site because the monitor is probly not the best buy for any of you.

How much can I ask without ripping my friend off?

Thanks.

Generally I ask for 75-80% of what you can buy it for now if it's "hardly" used, or 50-60% if I've used it everyday for a few months.

And I think your price is reasonable for a 21" widescreen monitor if it's in new condition.

How old is it, and what's the current market price? I think SugarJ's suggestion is quite sound.

You may also want to check for dead/stuck pixels.
