Default How to make any pic full screen

I want my photos to appear full screen covering whole of my monitor how can I do it.not zooming because some part are cut I want my pic to stretch full in the pc not as wallpaper but to view.

Open up the photo using the default windows picture viewer, then press F11.

Default

some pictures can be made full screen and some cannot well I think pretty much all can be full screen but some won't look that good as full screen

Images cannnot be made larger than their original size without distortion or pixelation.
