Another tri monitor thread
After selling my last set up.....you know who you are....
I find myself missing it.
they will serve as my race-sim set up only.
Newegg.ca - ASUS VN247H-P Black 23.6" 1ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight LCD Monitor 250 cd/m2 80,000,000:1 Built-in Speakers
For under 700$ I can pick them up.
If you have a better Idea please let me know, But for the guys saying Buy IPS for Big$$ Im not buying what your selling, So save it
I still love this setup if it is any consolation.
Its not LOL.
did you read my thread that's like the 10th one on the page?
The VN247H-P is a little different then the None "p" if im not mistaken, But over all Are you happy with the set-up?
bah, bunch of liars. I ordered H-P according to NCIX and some of them are just plain H. It seems 99% of sellers mix the "H-P" and "H" and don't give a rat's scrotum. I'm not a fan of the image quality of any of the ASUS monitors I've owned, it's okay, but my Samsung was just much better... Other than that I love the monitors for surround as they are soooo damn sexy looking and the bezels between them is simply a royal treat. I defs wouldn't suggest them outside of a triple setup though.
Now you have me re-thinking Asus.
Ill look for a thin bezel Samsung.
If you find a good one, tell me... I didn't find any good ones... The IPS I linked to in my thread got some not so great reviews with relationship to gaming, and google almost never returns anything good when you try to find thin bezel.
Placed my Order for the Asus, And if I don't get what I ordered "H-P" I will send them back.
I want the Extra thin bezel or nothing.
Yes, the bezel makes up for all the downsides of this monitor :) I have yet to find any other thin bezel solutions in a reasonable price range that can match these guys for gaming (even if their colour reproduction is weak). I really don't know what's going on with the H-P garbage... vs getting straight H but I don't know if they actually have any diff specs or just H-P is better build quality?
